The other side of me does not want help, it wants to have a freaking good time and quit stressing over everything. Which side should I side with?

It really depends on the issue you're referring to. But if you're not sure, I'd describe the problem to someone whose judgement you can trust (this person may/not be difficult to locate) and ask them if you need help.

Well I have been dealing with a lot of mental crap, and it gets so bad I feel like I should end it.....but I am kind of paranoid about getting help for that.....and I feel like I just want to escape from things without adressing them.

I just don't know which direction to go I guess.
