My latest meltdown is the worst meltdown that I've experienced so far. I ended up missing my lessons cos I was detained in the police station. One police officer kept glancing at his watch while talking to me. He said something like everyone must work, otherwise it's tough to survive in my country. I thought to myself, "What is he talking about?" He kept saying that he needed to know my school's name so that he could inform my school's admin of my absence. His colleague later told me that he only wanted to know my school's name to satisfy his own curiosity. The police officers there all talked down to me, so rude. While I was stuck in the police station waiting to be questioned again, two schoolmates (boyfriend and girlfriend) went in to report that the guy had lost his handphone. Fail my life. I was puzzled why the guy kept smiling while reporting his loss. He didn't seem worried at all even though it was his loss. His girlfriend seemed more worried than him. The police officer in charge of their case was so rude, kept making fun of my school's name.
The 2nd police officer told me that the true reason why people didn't go around comitting crimes was that they were afraid of the consequences. Hmm. He kept trying to refer me to the asylum. He gave me a hotline number. The hotline staff also kept trying to refer me to the asylum. They kept saying that unless I ignored those NTs" antics, I'm at high risk of doing something crazy or illegal. The 2nd police officer said that surely I wouldn't want to be the victim of a stranger's revenge attack.
