Servers do it, UNIX style computers do it too. It's a load reading. My computer does it. Load averages: 0.98 0.70 0.64

Load average in a computer is measured in 1 minute, 5 minutes and 15 minutes.

I do the same in my brain but it changes rapidly and dynamically so lets all post our CURRENT load number in this thread from 0.00 to 1.00 (normal) 1.0-2.0 for overload, 2.0 is considered catastrophic failure! and whats contributing to it if you are comfortable.

Currently my load average is approximately 0.9 because I am doing too many things at once.

I'm only surfing around at wrongplanet. I have no other tabs or windows open (Which is very odd!).
A little higher already, cause I'm writing a post 0.35 now, I think.
It's also pretty low because I'm down with a flu right now, so I don't have to worry about work. But can't "force quit the task", It's still running, but not using that much.
In english: I shouldn't be thinking about work, because I'm home sick. But I still think a bit about it.

Hmmm. decimals. My load is low at the moment emotionally but I am feeling stressed and repetitive for no reason, so perhaps 0.7
