Ahhhhhhhhh my god i feel like im going crazy but like it a way that is brought on myself but cant help at the same time so many issues in my brain that shouldnt be such a big deal... Its interfering with my work and motivation and socializing heaps badly just cant think straight... mind f*%&ing myself and i dont know how its happening or how i stop it happening...

It like comes in episodes feels like im "uncomfortable" in my own skin for something if that makes sense... gets in the way of EVERYTHING... makes it so much harder just to do anything because theres no motivation otherwise...

Think its about time i went back to the psychiatrist and figure this out... almost 20 and i still cant even hold a civil conversation beyond "how are you?" unless its someone i know THAT well... and even then its not even civil its just talking s%(t...

I hate my job with a passion not for what it is but for who else there is... so over being associated with other peoples mistakes then paying for it with my own money makes me FURIOUS losing money i earn because someone cant do simple F*%#ing addition or write down a phone number... and i somehow still get so much dirty talk and bad treatment from everyone in the shop... had to sit down with the boss and explain how its not fair that im loosing money because someone else cant do their job and i damn right better get everything back thats slowly added up... SIORHOSIRHIRSHSIORHMVMW$V

ahhhhh i want to be able to sustain a healthy peice of mind without all these frequent episodes of extreme anxiety... then i could maybe get my career in automotive and focus and get it done and enjoy it... then learn to communicate properly and meet girls and hang out with friends and do things that most normal people do... being bored and anxious is not healthy for my mind and i want to change it but where on earth do i beguin without having to pay millions of monnies????

If there was a delete option i would have used it... ive used it pleanty of times before and i had no option this time hence why i asked for intervention from a mod...
