Don't know what to say, not even in mood to communicate, it can't help. Obv. this is communication but. Don't know what to do. Know there's a lack of detail here, just I don't know what to say, don't know what to do. Taking medicine as prescribed. Just not cut out for life basically.

I've felt that way recently.

What are you taking, how is it prescribed?? Tell me about the doc/s in question.

A couple psychiatrists and stupid therapists about killed me with Risperdal and encouraging me to be utterly and completely passive. Kept telling me what I am even though they had only just met me. Destroyed what self-esteem I had left and drove me from frustrated and depressed to suicidal.

I really thought life was over, that I was just not cut out for survival and that all the good times (there were a lot of them) had been an illusion or a fluke. I would be dead if I had not got a flat tire on my way to my suicide attempt and while high on endorphins from changing the tire decided to go to the hospital instead of hooking up a helium tank, taking some sleeping pills, and sticking my head in a garbage bag.

I got some competent help. Life looks a lot better now. I still have bad days-- I am having one right now in fact thinking about all those jackholes did to me and wondering why-- but at least I can pick myself up and get on with it. And the good days are back.

It ain't over 'til it's over, honey.

I've been feeling this way too. I just don't know where I belong in the world. My medications are working, so I'm not exactly depressed. But I've lived with depression for so long, I've kinda lost the ability to engage with things.
I've had a lot of bad things happen in my life and sometimes I dwell on them, but I try to focus instead on how much better I am than I used to be.

Iv'e been feeling the same way for awhile. "Where do I fit in in this world?" "I'm not cut out for a place like this." I have these thoughts every day. I understand your pains and troubles. I won't tell you what you should and should not be doing, because I myself don't even know what to to with my life at this point. But I will wish you good luck with the way you feel, and I hope you find all the right answers. I'm still trying to find them.
