I've felt that way recently.
What are you taking, how is it prescribed?? Tell me about the doc/s in question.
A couple psychiatrists and stupid therapists about killed me with Risperdal and encouraging me to be utterly and completely passive. Kept telling me what I am even though they had only just met me. Destroyed what self-esteem I had left and drove me from frustrated and depressed to suicidal.
I really thought life was over, that I was just not cut out for survival and that all the good times (there were a lot of them) had been an illusion or a fluke. I would be dead if I had not got a flat tire on my way to my suicide attempt and while high on endorphins from changing the tire decided to go to the hospital instead of hooking up a helium tank, taking some sleeping pills, and sticking my head in a garbage bag.
I got some competent help. Life looks a lot better now. I still have bad days-- I am having one right now in fact thinking about all those jackholes did to me and wondering why-- but at least I can pick myself up and get on with it. And the good days are back.
It ain't over 'til it's over, honey.
