OK, not sure if this is in the right area on the forum so mod's feel free to move in needed :)

Quick background story. Doing a two year course that is in three parts, the second part ended last week.

Anyway, I had a meeting with some of the college staff last week, and it was agreed that I would be better off, taking the Level 3 diploma (the first two parts of the course) and not doing the last part and going back out in to the 'working world' which will mean looking for a job and moving back home with the parents or getting my own place depending on where I get a job.

So was just wondering how some of you have coped with leaving education be-hide and going into the world of work or looking for work?

Thanks

Mike

i didn't cope very well, sorry. but positivity n all that- i'm sure 2012 will be the one where stuff starts to work out. i think you just have to be brave

out of curiousity, why did they think you'd be better off not completing the course?

oh, and this might be better in the work&education forum. unless you're feeling particularly upset about it?
