various issues, I'd like help with. please help me,
lately I've had alot of issues and frustrations to deal with.
one most importantly is about haveing been in prison for two weeks becuase the hosptial staff pressed charges even though I stongly feel they were wrong to do so. now I have to go to court soon and I keep getting increasing upset about it, which leads to some very serious fights around the house. thye said I bite the guy who was restrianing me. yet they shouldn't have resteined me, I feel the hopsital staff set me up for all this trouble. I might end up back in prison for who know how many years... I couldn't last that Long, I went insane being there for the two weeks they held me there.
I've been really depressed about not haveing any friends, becuase my sister has alot of friends and people who actually care about her.
but no one cares for me. which is why I have so many issues to deal with.
then theres the whole "imaginary friend" deal... every night I dream about these freinds who don't really exist.
most of those imaginary friends are girls, just becuase i don't like to hang out with other guys. but there are a few of them who are guys.
i could go on forever trying to explain this,
could anyone help me out here, or at least understand what im going through?
I don't know... somethimes I cant' control myself anymore, I get angry to quick , and i've litrary torn the house apart becuase if it.
I guess I'm just a bad person, apaerently some poeple think i"m a bully, but I don't want to be this way. I don't know what to do woth my life at this point.

Well, I don't know if you are in the US or not, but that's jail you were in, not prison. It's also very unlikely that you would get jail time for simple assault (biting someone) if it's your first assault conviction. Most likely you would get a suspended sentence, a fine, and probation. If you violate your probation or don't pay your fines, then you would have to serve your jail time, and it would probably be something like either 30 days or 90 days.
I am assuming that you were in the psychiatric part of the hospital where you were restrained and you bit someone. I'm only assuming that because other than the ER, that's the most common place it happens. I also don't understand why they would press charges, because they are equipped to deal with that and expect it from some patients.
What does your lawyer say about it? Have you talked to him yet, or will you be given a public defender when you go to court and then he will tell you what your options are? Are you going to plead guilty or not guilty, or no contest (if your state has that option)? What are the full circumstances of the biting incident? Also, are your charges assault 3, 2, 1, aggrivated assault, etc?
I'm only asking all these questions because if I know a little more about it I might could tell you what to expect. Also, how old are you?

i''m in the united states.
I'm 18, I got I public defender, I'm suppose to peald guilty, I can't understand why the hopstial pressed charges either, but apaerently they have a rule there that if a staff member gets hurt in anyway shape or form, even if it's not very bad, they have to press charges becuase the hopsital rules say so, it doesn't make sense to me, it's just what they told me.
to make matters worst, when the hosptial said I could go home, they lied so i wouldn't know the cops were coming, instead of my parents.
I should add that the hopital staff ignoured me being there, once they gave me a room that is. I think peorslally they didnt want to take care of me in any way, I once had to go to the hopsital for a simailer issues, and they out right said they didnt' want me there.
so, somethimes I wonder if they just were bad docters, or if the local hoapital is just ill, equiped to handle Asperger's.
(or any thing else for that matter)
either way, the docters want me back in jail or prison, and theres nothing I can do to prove that they didn't do their part while I was there.
i dont know what else to say, but theres only a few short days till the court date.

I don't think the doctors want you in jail, and you wouldn't go to prison for biting someone anyway. If that's their procedure when someone gets hurt, that's simply their procedure and there is no malice attached to it. It may feel like they are against you, but it's probably just the protocol itself.
What did your lawyer say the judge would probably do, and what is your charge?

You may or may not have to serve some time for the aggrivated assault, but not the simple assault. If I were you, I'd call the lawyers office today and either ask him what to expect at court regarding serving time, or leave a message asking him to call you back and ask him then. I'd also ask him if that particular judge expects any payment at the time of court for fines. Some judges expect a certain amount paid right then or you go to jail, others give you a few weeks to start paying.
If you can expect jail time for the aggrivated assault, you might ask your lawyer if there is any way you can get out of that, such as pleading no contest or even not guilty by reason of diminished capacity because you were in a meltdown situation at that time and unable to control yourself.
Definately ask about the payment because you don't want to be stuck there and go to jail just over money on hand.

if you had been quiet and non-violent then they *probably* would not have restrained you, so when you say that they should never have restrained you i am wondering what you meant by that. perhaps you were having a meltdown or temper tantrum or were making threats. if you were behaving violently then they had to restrain you for your own safety or for other people's safety. you were saying that you get angry too quick and that you tore apart the house because of your anger before. so at the hospital they aere probably genuinely concerned.
you may go to prison, though it is not too likely unless you have prior convictions of a similar nature. putting that aside, this is an excellent opportunity to learn some anger management strategies. when you get upset or angry, you will need to find better way to deal with it. you are an adult and your anger will scare people. when a child gets violent they can't do much damage to a person or to property, but it is different when you are an adult.
there are many good anger management programs that you can access if you ask at the hospital or call your community referral help line or ask a therapist. because you are an adult you will be held responsible for your actions, so it's up to you to learn to avoid violence when you get angry. i think that avoiding future problems should be your best bet. you can't change what already happened, but you can alter your future course.
you're not a bad person at all, and you can change some of your problematic behaviours with the right mindset and the right help. it will be very hard for you to make or keep friends if you don't learn to get some of your reactions under control. your anger keeps people from getting close to you, and people can't really support you unless you change a bit of your behaviour. this seems like a good time for you to get into a good direction so that you can make some real-life friends.

Prison is more than a year. He will go to jail, probably not prison. Prison only if the aggrivated assault caused a severe injury or if he's served jail time for assault before.
It's kind of a pet peeve of mine, after serving time in jail. Jail and prison are two very, very different things. Prison is much better than jail.
Most of my family, on my side, have done time. I have a BIL on my side of the family doing LWP just up the road two miles from me at the prison here. I dont go see him cause they don't let you walk in through the gates or ride a bike. I don't have a driver's license so if I went in the car I'd get busted for that.
In prison you have a lot more rights and freedoms than you do in jail. I've been in jail a good bit, and for up to two or three weeks at a time before. Honestly for things I didn't do, but just couldnt explain right at the time.
If I had to go away, and go down south to do time, I think I'd do much better at Tutweiler than I would ever in any county facility there is, as I've been in four of them. Five if you count Vestavia.

in my province there is no distinction between jail and prison, so that was where my terminology came from. we have remand and jail/prison.

I don't think you can go to prison for that long as I think biting cast as Assault..
You need to explain to them why you acted the way you did.
Also, The way the hospital staff were treating you isn't right either. You should tell your lawyer, explaining how they made you feel.
I totally get what you mean. I have little breakdowns like this where everyone outside think I'm a horrible person but only I know what's truly going on in my head, no one else understand you. And it's not like you can control it, every time you cause distress to someone, It makes you unhappy but there's nothing you can do about it. The way I deal with anger is think about the consequences. When you kick off, and get in to trouble because of it, people who dont want you to do well in life will just laugh at you. You need to prove them all wrong.
What I'd do as soon as everything with that settles down, I'd move somewhere new to have a well deserved new start. Don't give up hope on yourself yet because deep down you know you're better.
