Trying to change

I'm feeling depressed. I feel like over the past year i've made a real concerted effort to change my life, but I feel like i've made things worse. Or maybe i'm just disappointed that I feel no happier.

I figured the first step would be to find more challenging work because I was bored and felt useless, but my new job is too stressful and confusing and i'm burned out. I'm too tired to do anything much when I come home.

I was in debt and always worried about money so took active steps to find a roommate to share expenses with, but i'm not getting on with her and feel trapped and depressed.

I feel dissolutioned, like nothing I do makes life any better.

A stressful job and being trapped are horrible. I don't have much good advice I'm afraid. But whenever I log on and see a 'Haven' message with zero replies I try to reply, because the only thing worse than being trapped and stressed is knowing that not a single person even knows you exist.
