I can't deal with it

I'm going to get disciplined at one of my jobs. I don't know what for. I can't guess what it is. They won't tell me until Friday. I can't take the stress. I'm crying. I have to go to another job. I begged them to tell me what it was about, but they wouldn't.

I can't deal with this sort of situation. It might not sound like much, but it's really bad for me.

I would leave that job. If you were able to obtain that job you can most probably get another. You sound conscientious so you will be valued elsewhere, I would imagine. You don't have to put up with psychological cruelty. You have another job, right?

There are always going to be a**holes in the world ... I try to get away from them as soon as is possible. It's good that you are planning to leave, but that still sucks that they have to schedule a time to "discipline" you.
Maybe you could quit on Friday depending on how things go.

All the more reason to tell them to take that job and shove it where the sun don't shine.

I wish I knew the answer to that. I still get people attempting to bully me, too. Sometimes they get away with it. Other times I make them pay... :twisted:

Yeah.... I'm in a situation where coworkers pick on me as well, but it's hard to grasp that it is having a detrimental effect on me.

It's hard. I don't like to think that I should not work there because of a problem *other* people have.

You don't deserve it. Bullies look for people who they can effect the most. Don't blame yourself for the hurtful behaviour of others. I think you should get out of this situation as quickly as possible.

You can't force people to treat you right, you have to look out for yourself.
