I have a prayer request

My uncle is fixing to have open heart surgery. I'm hoping he makes a strong recovery. If you all can say a prayer for him, I would appriciate it.

I'm not religious so I feel a prayer would be insincere on my part and therefore an insult.
I will take this as a thought request, if you would like, though.

For those who aren't religious, just send good thoughts and words his way and hope for the best. It is all we can do and is the decent thing. I hope for the best for you and your uncle. Keep us updated.

I prayed that the outcome of the surgery will be positive and that your uncle will live a long, happy and healthy live for many many years to follow.

I do not consider myself a regular Christian, but I believe in God and Jesus Christ.
