I love the way this Youtube video is worded, and it's like the narrator is reading my mind. Also the way his tone of voice sounds, it sounds rather soothing because it's so realistic to me, if that makes sense. Have a quick listen:-

Probably a lot of people here have already watched it before anyway, but for those who haven't (and also suffer from anxiety, depression and stress like I do) it's an enjoyable video to listen to because it actually describes exactly how I feel.
