Completely overwhelmed today

The title kind of explains it. Loads has been going on lately, and I've been coping the best I can. However, today it was just too much. I had to ring work and tell them I was ill, and spent the whole day asleep.

I've had a number of those days... rest up - do what you need to do to get your head back on straight so you can function tomorrow.
