Had a pretty bad meltdown today. I am pretty sure what brought it about is a large combination of things. Too much and i started exploding like my brain and my collective thoughts where far too fast and too many. I had to runand flee to the bedroom and turn off all the lights. Took me afew hours to.feel good enough to eat. I bate having these and i hate what people think of them. But i cant help having them.

Hope you're feeling better. It really sucks when people don't understand how bad it feels. :(

I can empathize with you. I had a melt-down this evening. I was trying to analyze what brought it on. I also felt so silly afterwards. I guess we just have to accept the fact we are not perfect and we are going to have melt-downs once in a while.

Hey, at least you didn't meltdown at someone. It's over now, so try not to worry about it too much.
