I'm sitting here at work unable to concentrate on anything. I'm not sure why exactley I'm feeling this way today but I get into these moods where I feel like I can come completely unhinged. I deal with living, job and lady stuff all the time but today it all feels like to much to bear. I'm going to go home early and lie down because I haven't been the slightest bit productive today.

Hope you feel better. Sometimes a quiet rest will do wonders. :)

Seconded. It just sounds like you're getting overloaded. Mine cycles weekly, with meltdowns on Mondays (I work weekends though, so it's not because it's Monday the start of the regular work week/back to work from the weekend). This week was good though, no meltdown today; oddly enough I noted starting to feel odd the other day, knowing another 'episode' (as I call them) was about to happen. Usually it starts with being unable to control fits of frustration or easily crying when thinking something sad.

Ah, the ups and downs of Aspiehood. Well, the best to you, hopefully you'll find your rhythm of recovery. :)

get a packet of 'bach rescue remedy' sweets or the capsules, have never tried these but have heard many a spectrumer swear by these, including sister and a cousin, even a crazy assed special needs cat of ours responded to it.

google something like 'bach rescue remedy autism' if woud like to see the different effects it has had on different people, this one is an incredible review though its not the typical response-
