It's that time of month, again. The monthly aniversary date of the Routemasters' demise, and I'm going out of my Bloody mind, like I usually do on and around this date, which seems ordinary to the rest of you. Why can't I be like you guys? Why, why, why, why, WHY? I've attempted to make a few posts in Random Discussion, with failed attempts, because my freakish plight is still in process, and it's driving me INSANE! A Routemaster is just a bus. What drives me even more batty, is that I have a Bloody lump in my throat, as I waste a bit of alex's software. There's all this red, in stores all over my city-town, because it's obviously Valentine's Day soon. That red doesn't remind me of love, in fact, I'm not sure I know what love is, anymore. That red reminds me of The Ultimate London Bus, hence the Routemaster. Why can't I just have NORMAL obsessions, like the rest of you, here at WrongPlanet? I can't eat, I can't sleep. I start to cry, and than I get angry with myself for crying. I know that I have the mind of a Londoner, but how do I know when enough is enough?

I know that you have real, and normal problems of your own. I've just needed to get this off my Bloody chest.

Will there ever be a time, when I won't be starting such a thread on the 9th of every month?

Don't worry, CR. You'll find a way to deal with this eventually.

BTW - When I saw the title for this thread, I thought of the Beatles song "Revolution 9"... Weird song. I never cared much for it. So I'll join with your hatred of 9, though for a different reason.

Ban the number 9!

Maybe 9 isn't such a bad number, after all. :)

The one on the bottom has eight tyres.

It's not so much the actual demise itself. It's the response that I got from my strictly Canadian mum on December 10th, 2005 when I saw an article on the Buses in the paper, and I've shouted out in panic, "The last of the Routemasters have been taken off the streets of London"! All she said was a drawn-out "Ooookkkkaaaayyyy"! That's a response that you would expect from an NT teenager. I didn't expect that from my own mother, who knows how much London means to me. I was told by The Cold Mother a few years earlier, after I've joked that we could have Bangers & Mash for supper, one night. She sneered through her teeth at me that I'm in Canada and that I'm not funny. I hate living in Canada. I have to hide my Routemaster obsession away from the people who don't understand or even know that I have AS. I'm expected to comform to impossible and uncomfortable standards, when I'm not with my friends whom I go to my clubhouse with, or when I'm not at my parents' house, spending the night with my dog. I don't know why I'm even typing this.

I don't think you will ever stop making pointless threads, but I like you and that's what makes you who you are, a very interesting person!

What?

What does that have to do with the number 9?

How do you know that, and how do you know that someone is upset?
