Invest in a punching bag, gloves, wrist wraps. Also exercise.

Exercise is the best thing to do. Really tire yourself out and do it every day. It helps me a lot with similar issues that I have.
Then running will help me out or cardio exercises and that's good that it helps you with your issue's.
