She's in a room now, rather than MICU cause she's comfort only. She's breathing about 5 times a minute, her BP last time was about 43/30, her HR was about 85, her pupils are fixed and dilated.

Just hold her hand. She might not be able to respond, but she´s still there, and probably will be for a while after the last breath. Just talk gently and comforting to her now and then.
