I decided that I'm going to live my life by new s**t. My mothers dead, my husbands a piece of crap, my bf got married to this drunk b***h, so f**k it. I'm seriously living my life by the Eye Of The Tiger now.

Go for it, girl!

As long as the new s**t smells like perfume

You should read "The Canterbury Tales" (translated into Modern English)

I still think you should run away from home and start a new life somewhere else. Your parents are dead, your husband is a loser, your kids are mooching off you, they need a swift kick in the arse and to experience life without Supermom coming to the rescue.

By the way, Eye of the Tiger is an awesome song. :D :D

Hell yeah! Punch the heavy bag to the percussion in it! It's GREAT!

I've done just that. Moved to a new town, got a new job, new car, new bills new friends. (Albeit, not under such great circumstances as yours)

It is GREAT. It's the best decision I've made in my life. Working two jobs, keeps me busy, and I have plenty of money for my hobbies at home. Good luck to you. You have the right idea!

Doing that now. It's amazing how fresh the air is when you shake off the stench of stagnation! :) Good luck to you, you deserve it! :)

Change can be scary but life is too short to spend it unhappy. If you are not happy with your life then what is the worst that can happen? The lows are what motivate me, I've made some big changes recently that I would of never done without going to that dark place.

I wish you luck and hope you find the happiness you deserve.

In 2012, in the space of 7 days, 3 awful things happened. Someone slashed my cat; the next day my home was flooded, and then I went blind from a stroke. I was already undergoing treatment for cancer, and was semi-crippled from advanced osteoarthritis is both hips. Things seemed about as bleak as they could be. I just wanted to quit :(

The cat - after extensive surgery - survived :))))))))))). The insurance company paid for most of the flood restoration :) I regained my sight after hospital treatment and have no residual disability from the stroke in the visual part of my brain :)))))))) The cancer treatment was totally successful :)))))))) One of my hips has been replaced and in 2 months the other one will also be replaced.

Life is pretty good now. The crises I have been through have changed me for the better. I take better care of myself, I know I can solve problems, and come through even the really bad times. I'm much happier.

Sometimes it takes crisis to initiate change in your life. In a good way. That's how it was for me.

Again, I'm sorry about the death of your mom :(

My opinion, try to develop your life that has some meaning to it. Maybe read poetry, sing, do math, dance, do art.. I don't know. I'm still trying to figure out how to bring some meaning to my life. Maybe make an exotic dish or something.

You need a bit of time to yourself for awhile, take a break and relax or go on a holiday.
Is there someone you trust that you can talk to?
