When i got here i was very anxious, didn?t know what was happening and was properly scared by it. (My actions were a muddled attempt at what I now know is called grounding, mixed with some other confused ideas) Many thanks to those who shared their knowledge; it gave me a sign post at a critical point and then some more.

To anyone that I?ve unsettled, or made uncomfortable through my use of strong emotive language, my sincere apologies to you.
I?ve been prescribed beta blockers and life without constant adrenaline is providing a much needed contrast in perspective.

What's wrong with "strong, emotive" language?

As long as it doesn't involve bigotry, or other forms of hate, I just don't see the problem with it.

The problems lies when 'strong, emotive" emotions interfere with a person's functioning in life.

There is nothing wrong with it generally. I?ve begun to understand that there are people with various sensitivities e.g. language is finely tuned for some, imagery is detailed for others. I?m trying to say that I regret letting my anxiety leak out at inappropriate times, and if anyone was affected by that... My bad, I have it in check now. :)

That's what WP is for. It's a great place to vent when you need to do so. Don't worry about it. :)

^^ I definitely agree. This is the one website where people are really honest about how they feel, what they think, and what's happening to them so it's valuable for that reason.

What do you mean by "strong, emotive language"? Sorry. I've not heard that phrase before.

Cheers folks, a vent is definitely needed from time to time.
Quiverswhiskers, its just my phraseology :) . In some posts I used language and emotional details that I could not ignore, even in a detached state. Descriptions and words that jumped out of the screen, something real that i wrote about my real life etc. An anchor holding/making me accountable. (Ive re-written this a few times, if it?s not clear, please ask)
