I can never have a good conversation with my mother

Whenever I talk to her I always seem to annoy her or make her made somehow. She says things like "I don't want to talk to you right now." and "You're giving me a headache." along with other things. A lot of times when I talk to her about stuff she tunes me out. She has also threatened to me a few times to send me to military school.

I wish I wouldn't make my mother so mad all the time.

Try not to worry about making your mom mad. It is more her problem for not being able to deal and you are not at fault for being you.

Tell her how you feel? She'll either have to admit to being negligent and thus making you angry, or let you know what it is that she finds annoying, which of course you could try to change or modify a bit.
