I am not depress. I am not angry. I am not ugly. I am not stupid. I am living in the lowest state of hell, apathy and misery. Life is like a dull disease that keeps me in a state of hope and mild torture.

I am a woman trap in a man's body, I was literally force into a career I hate, no friends, and I want love more than anything else in life. Autism makes my life more miserable.... but I cope like a slave with a weight chain to my foot.

I want to be happier. I just dont know how to be happy anymore.

You have lost touch with hope. Everyone needs hope; without it life is the painful hell that you describe. Hope can get very battered when trauma and isolation reach a critical mass level, especially if we do not have close and loving friends who support us through the tough times.

Have you made contact with any transgender support services? Support lines? You sound so isolated at the moment. The first step toward healing your damaged hope is to break out of the isolation and connect with safe others. This is what you must do...

You need to connect, as soon as you have the energy to, with safe people who will listen to you with caring and attention to your pain and your emotional needs, and who have the training to offer support as you transition back to a state of hopefulness, without telling you what to do or offering pat solutions. First off, you need to be listened to, really listened to, and heard.

There is always hope and there is always help, though you will have to move toward them and set the next phase of your life in action by doing that.

Well. Quit whining. If u don't like your current career, just switch to what u like. U have choice. It is better to be happy as a woman in a man's body than a woman in a woman's body. Do something new, and exercise regularly, this will give u motivation and energy to be happy. Lots of cancer patients are making every effort to go through painful therapy just to live a year longer and people are totally disabled, would love to be in your situation. Your are too self-focused, do something to help the needy. Do good. Then u will be happier. We live in this world not just to please ourselves, we contribute to others too.

Remember that during the Christmas and winter seasons these feelings are intensified massively. It sounds as if you need change. You're totally immobilised by everything. One good way forward is to make one positive change at a time. Eventually the wellbeing derived from each of these gathers momentum and you'll be able to make even bigger and more life enhancing changes :-)

Don't let anyone force you into a career you hate! Find the one you want, or if you can't find something you like, at least find something you don't hate, something you feel more comfortable with.

Look for friends. They're out there. You just have to find them.

If you're a woman trapped in a man's body, if you feel you must change, there are operations. but it's not something to be taken lightly. One must be sure one hundred percent before such a huge, irriversible change. A life changing thing. You should get some professional help, someone you can talk to.

getting a pet can help you feel better, too. I know the feeling of depression and hopelessness, and I hate feeling this way. But you can take matters into your own hands and make your life better. Dont give up.

I feel somewhat similar to that, except for the being a woman trapped in a mans body...I am female but do tend to feel more androgynous. Also I have no career, just SSI disability income...and too much time on my hands I don't know what to do with half the time. It is becoming stagnant, I need something more but I don't know what jobs wont hire me/keep me hired due to mental health issues and SSI doesn't give me the option to like save up and invest in anything(or whatever not sure how that stuff works) ...and finding an actual relationship seems like a pretty hopeless en-devour as well. Also it seems like everything is going to sh*t in a lot of ways within society/guess the whole world in general, so that's depressing. But sounds like you also feel sort of trapped within the position you're in with the career you dislike, are there any realistic options of changing fields perhaps?

Wish I could tell you how to be happy, but haven't figured that one out myself...in the meantime there are drugs.

be yourself. It is the absolute only way you can be happy in life. Act like whatever gender you want, you'll make friends in due time with confidence. Confidence comes from being happy with yourself.
