Work= Happiness
I have effectively decided to stop trying to make friends. The harder I try, the more I end up with the weirdos whom I am constantly trying to avoid. The normal people I do meet, no matter how hard I try to act normally, get turned of by my vibes and awkward non-threatening behavior or just ignore me.
I have been sitting here learning how to make a custom VLC skin, and I realized working on projects, learning to do new things despite the frustrations, is the only thing I enjoy and makes me a happier. But I don't want to become a recluse who loses all sense of reality, or forgets the social lessons I have already learned.
So I wondered, should I just focus on projects and building skills instead of socializing. The only pit fall I fear is - spending money on projects which will fail or I might just give up on entirely.
Does anyone find more happiness working than socializing?
Sometimes, I feel even more happiness once they go home ...
