Why do you think that, Scrulie? Does anyone in real life know your WP name?

(Feel free to PM if you want to talk about this not-publicly)

Oh, I see. Would you feel better if you changed your avvie. It would be a pity to loose the squirrel, but if it makes you feel safer.

thanks krex! I think it's my non-verbals that have caused this. I can't trust my face or body not to communicate false messages to people (especially men but sometimes women too). I don't think this person would do me any harm or anything but I don't like being watched without my knowledge I suppose.

Scrulie, if it's any help, people visit WP without registering ALL the time! I did that for a while before I joined!

Of course, non-members can't view The Haven and Member's Only.

Thanks KBABZ! Yeah I know but it's so easy to register isn't it? This person is (probably) Aspie too so there is a chance they hang out here. I don't know. i'm probably being silly.........

I think my suspicions have been confirmed because after I made the OP this person sent me a couple of weird and possibly threatening emails and then nothing. I haven't received anything from the website he runs for our organisation, which is unusual because I receive notifications of updates pretty much daily normally, and I have previously been one of the contributors to the site. It's such a shame because we were getting on so well previously and I'm so passionate about the organisation we both work for. :(

If you explain the situation to Alex, I'm sure he would let you change your user name.
