You all know what I'm going to say, so I might as well say it, anyways.

I'm still mourning the demise of the London Routemaster. I know that most of you don't care anymore, but this is an ongoing issue for me. I've accepted the fact that I have the mind of a Cockney, and that's why I'm still morning the passing of a double-decker bus. The thing is, that there has to be a limit as to how many more months I should be allowed to mourn for. Have I been mourning too long? Should I have been over this in January, already?

I mourned Mom for one year solid, then another year on and off, and this year I'm beginning to level off. It's the biggest loss for me, the biggest possible loss in my life. I can only respect your grief.

The Routemaster buses were taken off the 159 route on December 9th, 2005. The 159 was the last proper route that the Routemasters were operated on. I haven't been the same, since.

As long as you don't let your mourning take over your life, just let it run it's course. Don't try to supress your grief, and talk to us about it if it helps. It upsets me too when they change things like that, sometimes the old ways are the best ways. *hugsies*

Oh, thanks. I was wondering what was going on. Is there any way you'd be able to write the mayor a letter or something?

Perhaps we should all right many letters. To show how important it is.

I think that's a good idea.
