I am not really here any more i guess.........I cant get into reading posts, or writing them, I seem to go threw fazes I guess. I have been haveing a very hard time. My boyfriend of ten months, who is also my best friend and best supost dumbed me less than a week ago, it was so sudden and i still dont even really know the whole reason. He is in the army and I havent seen him for three mothns, he was coming home and we were so exited about getting to see eachother again. He broke up with me the day before he was suposed to come and get me. I miss him so much. I am giving him his space......witch is so friggen hard......and so we havent talked since the night we broke up. I am so alone and lost, i dont know what to do.

In truth, I think the only thing you can do, hard as it is, is to get on with your life as best you can... I found that these things, if they are going to repair themselves, are more likely to do so when you aren't focussing on them. An oddity of life. Offering you promises that things will get better would be no good as no one can know if you two will get back together or not. It is good that you are giving him space, but the best thing you can do is to write him a letter expressing your feelings (if you have an address and haven't done this already) and try and come to some peace with the possibility he might not come back to you.

If you have any friends at all, try and spend some time with them maybe...if you have a hobby you have neglected, try and get focussed on that. Do what you can to keep your mind off him or you will just drive yourself nuts.

Sorry to hear how you're feeling Deccajay. I wish I could help, but I feel the same as sunnycat, I'm not sure what to say, except I am thinking about you, wishing you well.

I think this is good advice from Graelwyn ~ If you have any friends at all, try and spend some time with them maybe...if you have a hobby you have neglected, try and get focussed on that. Do what you can to keep your mind off him or you will just drive yourself nuts.

Can I give you a hug? {{{Deccajay}}} I hope things get better for you soon Lass, I know you've been through a lot lately.

I try to keep myself as busy as posible, some days it is hard, there are some people to hang out with at times, and I am trying to work on some of my hobbies but none of them were really avoided, johns in the army, so he has exised in my life as a nightly phone call the past few months, leaving alot of time to keep up on other things....I have made a few plans though to do things so I think thats a spet in the right derection.

The waiting to talk to him is a very hard part as well....... we still have things we need to talk about. I miss my best friend, and i hate this confusioun.

I know just how painful this can be and how long the days and hours will seem.

Try to be really kind to yourself and allow yourself space to grieve over this, its probably going to be hard to do very much for a little while.

Really sorry when I hear things like this.
