Ruminations on the folks who hate me and abuse others

So at sadcamp, I met someone who was from fatpeoplehate and its off site relaunch. I got to know her and she was really kind hearted but deeply deeply in pain because of among other things, extreme body image issues, despite being gorgeous. The fatpeoplehate reddit is appalling but it put things in perspective. It made me wonder about my abusers. On the internet, she had a platform to use fat people as a punching bag for her own personal demons she couldn't punch The truth is though, she was genuinely good person who engaged in bad behavior online.

It make me think that maybe my abusers/harassers are like that too. Broken people hurting me because they have their own demons. I ask the Lord God to release us from the burden of sin. Haters may very well be lashing out at what they hate about themselves.

I mean, CWCwiki, ED and Kiwifarms have a pretty thorough obsession with "lolcows." Rather than categorizing and carefully studying presidents or pokemon or presidents they categorize and document everything about me, about ..............and other vulnerable folks, mostly with autism or transfolks.

It's almost as if they are insecure about their own autism....

I'm serious.

You have to stop living via the Internet exclusively.

It's NOT the real world. It's sometimes a caricature of it.

that's it, that's always been it. internet trolls are almost always, 100% of the time, powerless and miserable away from the monitor. they hide behind a monitor because they know they can do and say as they please with no consequence. and, having no consequence, they can take joy in making other's miserable. it gives them power and makes them feel superior, something they most likely don't feel in the real world.

but you have to stop. they want you to be mad and miserable, that's what trolls do. you can't reason with them, you can't "debate" them, you can't write about how they're miserable away from the monitor because they don't care. they have one goal, they want a reaction from you, and they want to make you mad. they're getting both. as long as they continue to get both, they're going to continue to be a pain in your ass. so, please, y'know. stop acknowledging them.
