Gaining weight .

I get weighed every day where I am and I seem to have gained quite a bit of weight .
I thought it was maybe just that I'd eaten a lot but I did look at my scrotum/genitalia recently and it was starting , seemingly , to buldge up/puff up again , as it did when I REALLY had the water weight and so , today , the doctor who sees me at the Respite place looked at me down there , and he thought he saw some swelling ~ So he decided to increas the Lasik I get , he thought I had gained too much weight .
It was said to me that maybe my heart was making me gain weight .
Incidentally , the Respite facility's staff continued among this path of other shelters throwing out stuff of mine ~ We're not supposed to have any food in the bed area other than water , not even juice , etc. , they saw a used soda bottle with Kool-Ade-ed water in it and took it and threw it out ~ But as well , they took used soda bottles that had been used for water , bottles with no inappropriate liquid in it !
I'm fifty-six years old and I'm going through this .
Furthermore , the non-Ade-d bottles shouldn't have been taken even by their rules ! It was an expense to buy them , and buying new bottles , to have to drink from in mmy room , will be more money siphoned ~ Granted small .
But , there's the the shoe that , as I mentioned , was stolen recently , taking me down to one pair of shoes ~ Yes , I can replace it , but , speaking of siphonoing money from me , that will join the hundreds and hundreds , as I have mentioned , of dollars for the clothes/books/tech/shoes/etc. of mine that has been stolen (by me peers) taken/" stored " (and never seen again) (by the staff) or used up/lost , all those lost items add up to hundreds and hundreds of dollars taken from me in these last months , dollars that I could DEARLY use for something other than re-buying things I bought before that were taken from me .
If I had that money now it would really help me , in trying to rebuild and prepare things .

glad to hear that your weight gain was diagnosed and treated. i hope they are checking your potassium, as lasix can lower it.

...I had a verbal clash with " my " doctor at the shelter which brought back home to me something that I have though ~ that the " helping profession " people in San Francisco may have a ace of spades mark against me (or more) , one in particular involving something which goes back years (and which I won't detail now) ~ Waiting around for a SRO may not be that fruitful a road to follow , especially considering my health...At other shelters I heard mention of a few people there " who'd been there ten years " ~ Blah .
That would be no way to live .

...Furthermore , it ppears at least possible that I had more cash money stolen from me , although I'm not absolutely sure...
