When Burnout Takes Over
Welp, I've finally came to the idea that I'm experimenting autism burnout. And it sucks, because I make it through half of the day and feel such a tired feeling, but as soon as I get home and relax, I'm perfectly okay again and can make it to bedtime.
I've been feeling this way for the last few weeks. Part of it probably is coming from AP/IB exam season, but I just really need a break. And I won't get that until Tuesday when I just have class-based exams left, not any of the major exams.
Anyone have any tips to help me not feel tired at 12:00 pm everyday?

okay, it is hypocritical for me to tell you. but I will proceed anyways:
eat the correct things, slowly, in the correct amounts, at the correct times.
sleep more. sleep earlier.
more exercise
drink water
deep breathing
antidepressants
anti anxiety meds
psychotherapy
visualization
progressive relaxation
