I can't handle things anymore. I feel like my Asperger is worse in alot of way, I feel like my Asperger made me disable. I want help, but people can help me the wrong way & that can cause me alot of problems. I really want to give up on life. I am not worth it to live. My knee is hurting, it hurt to bend. Everything is Toooooo Much in my life, I'm trying calm down, but it doesn't always work. My grandmother started being nosy, I can't handle too many questions from her, I love her, but she can be too much. I'm waiting for my new health card, it didn't come yet. I know I need a doctor, but how can I go to one if I can't go out of my apartment & I can have trouble walking. I'm a little scared if I have something, but I want to die anyway.

Not sure why your knee hurts, but ice might help until you can get to a doctor. The card will come, and then you can catch a wave of confidence and get things done outside. It makes sense to save your energy until you can put it to use.

Oh dear, that's a lot of stress. :(
Yes, people who don't know when to back off are a problem.
In an effort to offer something helpful, how about this?
https://themighty.com/2017/04/encourage ... alth-days/

Quote:
10 Little Encouragements for Hard Mental Health Days
2. Your track record of getting through bad days is 100 percent.
You can get through today. And guess what? You can get through tomorrow, too.

3. The day is only 24 hours.
This thought has gotten me through so many days, especially when I wake up depressed or anxious. It gets to the point when I’m literally counting down the hours and minutes until I can crawl back in bed and start a new day. 24 hours. You can do this.

5. You are brave, strong, courageous and a damn fine warrior!
You may have been fighting your demons for what seems like forever. Some of you have been fighting for decades. Think about that! You have been fighting for years and haven’t given up. Bravo! You are strong, much stronger than you thought you were, before this war began. You have fought every day and you will continue to fight every day until you have won. That, my dears, is incredible bravery.

Hmm. Wonder if it would work to tell her something like,
"Grandma, I'm glad you want to help me and I need to let you know that since I can often feel overwhelmed, and even cornered, quite quickly, I need people to go slow when helping me and when wanting to find out how to help me. That's just something that happens to people with what I have; we can feel pressured very quickly."

If you are in so much pain (physical or mental) that you think you are going to die, please go to the hospital.

I don't think I'm going to die, I didn't say I'm going to die.
