Gone for awhile and why...suicide and depression problems

Hi everyone.
I haven't posted or been around at all for a rather long time.
I've been doing better but I had a very rough month or so
Got rather depressed.
It was on and off...I usually isolate when depressed,so that had a role
I also had this really messed up theapist who would keep saying I didn't have asperger's
So I wouldn't want to look at AS related things.
So that and the despressed spells kept me from posting
Eventually I attempted suicide..wasn't kept in a psych ward for one reason or another
I believe because the were no beds
I was instead put in an outpatient program...which is ok.
Things are looking up and I'm back.

Anyway, sorry to hear you reached that point...am glad they didn't put you in the psych ward.
Hope you talk more here when you get to that point rather than shutting yourself off.
