I just posted this on the 'how do you feel right now' thread but I'm so anxious i decided to put it in a new thread so I could hopefully get some support from you guys. This is what I wrote:

'I'm feeling very paranoid. I'm worried that I've upset or annoyed a couple of people on here. I can't see how but I'm a bit stupid sometimes so who knows? Also what was said in the Craig Nicholls thread about girls saying they are autistic when they're not makes me think that others could think that about me and I promise that's not the case. I diagnosed myself last August and it wasn't until a month later that I became a fan of Craig. It was so nice to discover him and his music, it helped me to accept things. If I'd been a fan in August I would have been to some of the shows that the Vines played over here then, but they left the country at the end of that month and I missed out because I wasn't into them until a few weeks after that :(
Perhaps I'm being ridiculous, I'm not sure.'

Am I being daft? Thanks for any replies.

You haven't upset me.

But, you did seem to attract the attentions
of a trollish member. I'd not worry about it.

Thanks Tomanil! :) i'm just worried about not hearing from two people with whom I regularly exchange pm's, for a while. Perhaps I'm being very self-centred in thinking it has anything to do with me, when they have other things going on in their lives that could account for it (in fact I know one of them has stuff happening right now but I can't stop worrying) I'm perseverating I guess.... :?

I'm pretty good at getting people
to divert whatever they're pissed
about to me. Kinda learned it, in
order to keep my folks from fighting.

If you ever need an idiot to run flack,
just let me know. :P

well, there is the very very small possibility that you upset them. but certainly much bigger one that they just have things going on in their lives. you just have to wait and see then. i guess, there is nothing more you can do about it right now.

Sure, I'll reassure you!

This person you're talking about is British, correct?

Well, to tell you the truth, I feel very nervous about meeting famous people myself!

I had the chance to meet an actress by the name of Nell Carter (She's American, so that's why you've probably never heard of her,) as she was in one of my areas a few years ago for a benefit event.

She has since died, so I'm really regretting that!

I just wanted to tell you I know how you feel! Good luck!

Haven't upset me any.

I'm more likely to get on my own nerves before someone else manages it. Right now I might be a bit irritable towards everyone, but that's the headache that comes with the hangover I have.

Nell Carter was a wonderful lady! Even though you don't know who she is because you are British, you would really like her if you met her and she was still alive!

As for your issue, I think the reason why you are nervous about meeting someone famous is because you are so shy.

Sorry but we seem to have our lines crossed! What's this about meeting someone famous?
