Is it bad that I'm still angry at what happened in the past? I was bullied a lot in middle school, and I always associate this one guy with it because he was the worst of my bullies. Whenever I think of him or what happened to me in school it makes me upset and angry. I live my normal life, and I generally don't let my past affect how I live now. But I would be lying if I said I no longer had hard feelings. If we were to meet again, would I forgive him? Probably not!

I have similar concerns but I don't really care much. I just like to think that I can better myself and become the best I can, eventually they'll face up to the fact that I'm better than they thought I could be.

You could maybe do the same. It's not about vindication anyway, it's about thinking they're right deep down even though they are not. You'll be OK if you just focus on the future. That's what I do.

You have scars, and you still have to process the past. That takes time. Try to feel what you feel. Maybe try to find an outlet for you negative emotions, something creative, like painting, drawing, singing, playing an instrument, dancing, exercising, martial arts, yoga and so on.

Good luck! Bullying sucks, and I'm sorry you had to go through that.
