Sorry, it's another thread by stupid Joe90.
I need to get this off my chest, as I am so disappointed. My boyfriend said he has Friday off, and that we will go to the seaside because it's going to be hot. Then his boss asked him to work and he said yes. He didn't
have to work on his day off. He's always working. He needs a day off. But he can't say no. Now I've got nobody to go to the seaside with. He said he's got 2 days off next week, but knowing this country the heatwave will probably be over by then and it might be cold and wet. So this Friday would have been perfect. He needs to learn to say no. If my boss asks me to work on my day off and I have plans, I do tell him that I can't.
I'm fed up with men. I do love him very much but at the moment I am pissed off. I got up early this morning because I couldn't sleep, and sat in the living-room eating some toast. Then my boyfriend came in and told me to get out because he wants to be in there alone before he goes off to work. I know why he's miserable like this, it's because he's tired and overworked. He's working too much. He needs a day off. So I've just got to suffer his bad moods just because he won't say no to his boss.
I just despair, I really do. I wish he'd learn to say no. I'm feeling very down.

Well, I see a woman in a steady relationship.
I, on the other hand, have never, ever had a boyfriend and looks like I never will.
Mostly because I am heterosexual, but that is beside the point.

Cheer up Joe sending you a hug.
Yes.
The sign said:"Smile, things could be worse."
So I smiled.
And sure enough, things did get worse.
