No, at best you'll get a bruise.

Suicidal idealization as a coping mechanism for stresses one lacks better coping mechanisms for isn't a good reason to follow through on killing one's self. I'd work on improving your selection of coping mechanisms so that this ceases to be the default.

Several years ago, a sheriff elsewhere who grew up in my county died from being hit in the chest while he was trying to stop a bar fight.

Whether or not you can hit yourself in the chest that hard might be questionable.
