Over the last few weeks my mood has got lower, its exasperating sort of a dark claustrophobic cloud.

Summer is over and the weather is turning to autumn. This is the time of year when alot of people become sad and depressed.
Keep yourself busy and your mind occupied. An idle mind can be the devil's workshop. Take a walk. Visit your local library. Do
some volunteer work which will make you feel good about yourself. If you really feel deeply depressed, then you had better get to
a psychiatrist for some anti-depressant medication. Remember, a stitch in time saves nine. Don't let yourself get too down before
reaching out for help in a professional way.

Happiness is like a butterfly. The more you chase it, the more it will elude you. But if you turn your attention to other things, it
comes and sits softly on your shoulder.

Good luck!

NB: Signing and a positive attitude/ outlook may be a solution out of it.

(some people get happier in the cold seasons, I feel that I am one of them)
