You getting panic attacks when you try and go out or something?
I was agoraphobic for some months as I used to get such severe panic attacks.
ive been agorophobic for over ten years, i dont get severe panic attacks, just panic attacks.
I had severe ones. Back to back. All day, every day. I had to go to uni tho. I got them on the boat I had to take across the water to the mainland, I got them in classes, I got them in buses.
In the end, I found a lot of it...at least I think that is the issue...was down to thyroid trouble as they have mostly stopped since that was treated.
If you also get very sleepy, foggy headed, have trouble losing weight, have dry skin and bad hair etc, it is worth trying to drag yourself to the doctor for blood tests etc.
That failing, I only pulled myself out of the house when I decided I was damned if I was going to let it beat me and stop me living a decent life. I decided dealing with the fear and panic was better than being a prisoner.
