Some days you just feel like crap suddenly.

Today was such a day. I and my 10y son first had a meltdown preparing school times and getting up 06.00 AM. Yesterday evening his elder sister was JUST about going to kill him.

Then I had a mental breakdown without reason after making lunch for my daughter and her best friend. I just broke. Complete meltdown. I'm 38 and normaly these breakdowns came when I was in puberty....

Nah, time to go for some first person shooter game and some electronics.

And go to sleep for a couple of minutes.

Sir, Just hang in there...I also get that way, very melancholy and cannot escape it, when I know there are children who need me to be strong for them..I think of how inferior I am in this world, and it sure beats me down.......I am strong for my family, but inside I am weakening..gotta count my many blessings......
