I feel a bit helpless at the moment. I just wanna start the new year and try and get my life back on track. I hopefully will never resort to this:

No; that is not the only answer.

The answer is: staying on this earth, making it through the pain.

To live your life, and become fulfilled. I'm not there yet, but I will be some day.

Time is not running out. You still have time, as long as you are on this earth.

Here is what I wrote to someone else who posted today. You can use the same information:

You can always go to a hospital emergency room and say "I need some help". Even if you don't have money, they have to take you in.

Also, go to http://www.samaritans.org/ for help. And you can always email jo@samaritans.org, and he/she will write you back. I've done it before and it really helped.

In most places, you can dial 211, and talk to a person about what is bothering you. If they make you feel better, keep talking. If not, hang up and dial again, and you'll get someone else. There is bound to be someone who is a good listener.

Hey thanks, i'll check those things out. There's no need to worry about me. I'm not going anywhere yet. I won't continue like this forever though. I've got a glimmer of hope i'll meet the right girl one day soon and things will change. Even if I get the sports job i'm looking for that could save me. I'm waithing for cognotive therapy, that should help me. I've been suicidaly depressed on and off for the last 5 years. I've tried councelling, that was useless. I need a solution. I think I should get electric shock treatment to change the way I think. I know I have potential to do great things, for other's and for me. Yhanks for your advice. :)

I know what you mean; I've had some ineffective counseling too, but I had one really good therapist, and now I have a therapist who specializes in AS, and it's great! Someone who understands my mind!

I can tell by the way you write, that you definitely have a lot to give! :)

It seems like you are trying to cope. It's good that you are finding things you like such as learning the piano. Try to find more things you enjoy, go outside more to exercise, and search for things that you find funny. It will take your mind off of suicidal thoughts.
