As many of you might notice that I haven't been posting too many messages in the group. The reason for this is because I haven't been on the computer since last week. The reason that I haven't been on my computer since last week is because my dad had a heart attack last Monday and just got of the hospital yesterday. Dad hasn't been feeling well for the last few weeks. Things got a bit worse last Monday. Dad, after a quick trip to the Cardiologist, ended up in the hospital. After a series of tests it was determined that Dad had a slight heart attack with some additional minor damage to this heart. They decided to give him an angiogram to see how back the blockages were. One of his bypass grafts were completely closed. They have to put two stents in it to open it up again. For the most part this well. The next day Dad had the opportunity to go home but decided to stay another night. Luckily he did this. That night he went into atrial defriblation. The hospital had some difficulty bringing him out of it but eventually he got out of it. They decided to change his meds so that this won't happen again. He ended up staying in the hospital for several days so they can monitor him and figure what else to do. He's home now but still weak and shaky with the new meds. Hopefully he'll be on his feet and better soon.
Bare with me as I get back on my feet answering e-mails, getting my head together, recovering from this, still dealing with on and off problems and etc. This has been a awfully rough period for me. For a while it didn't look too good for dad.
