This morning.

I was with him.

I loved him.

Nothing else to say, really.

My little guy was crying in pain towards the end. Then he went into spasms and died.
The vet says that it was probably either his liver or a blood problem.

Sorry to hear that. :(

I know how hard it is to lose pets...I have lost several. I know that the pain you are feeling wont go away for a while, but you should do things that you enjoy to comfort yourself for the time being.

Death of a friend topic

Our pets accept us unconditionally. We feel protective of them. Sometimes we feel we could have done more, yet we did all we can. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.

I am glad you have wonderful memories of your cat's life shared with you.

I'm so sorry

When my cat died, I was in college. I'd had her since I was 9 years old and I took it really hard. Her kidneys failed and when the vet called me and said there was nothing they could do I fell to my knees and cried until I didn't think I had tears left. I was more attached to that cat than any human in my life at the time. It was also January when I lost my cat.

I still have very fond memories of her. She was with me through the biggest moments of my life up to that point. I still have photos of her tucked inside a small album with her name on it a decade later.

I wish your cat peace, and you comfort.

omgosh thats horrible, im so sorry, its sooo sad when pets die. I had to put my 9month kitten down when i was 14, it was the worst ever, he ended up catching a rare disease we think right after we neutered him, it was horrible! I also saw one o my family cats die right in front of my face, he just had a heart attack or something, gasping for air, then just died, his tongue turned bright white, it was horrible! I so def feel your pain, i'm dreading the day when my two cats now that i have pass on, their my world!
