This will probably be short but I am having a major meltdown here.
All the things from the bedroom have found there home in the moddle of the floor, I have just taken the wardrobe doors full off and my wife keeps trying to calm me down and in doing so only making matters worse.
I am so f*****g depressed it's not even funny.
Its snowing here badly and I have been stuck in this f*****g basement apt for what seems like forever, like a twelve year old. It doesn't help that her parents are complete a**holes that hate the fact she's married.
We were supposed to get a car today to get us out of here so we can carry on business like 'normal' people.
I just want to sleep but i only woke up 3 hours ago.
Wtf do I do ?

Is it because of cabin fever? Due to the snowed in thing? Man, I've been there (Used to live in Denver, CO and Cheyenne, WY). I felt trapped, helpless, like even the simple pleasure of a walk was too much. It's worse when you live with people you don't like.

All I used to do was anything that would distract me. Music is great for that. Put on something you really like to listen to and groove with that. If you play an instrument, pick it up.

If you need to sleep, and you can, go on back to sleep. The stress isn't doing you any good.

hey duncansbass
Thanks for the kind words and yes I its partly due to the snow!
Its a multitude of reasons far too longwinded to go into on here.
I went outside and shovelled the snow for awhile to get some fresh air.
I just feel so useless right now and have seen myself slipping into depression and I hate it cause I like being happy but I have not one person to turn to for support.
I am originally from England then moved to Ireland for the last ten years then here to Toronto since dec 06.
I have forgotten what I was going to say now.... booooo!

No problem. You seemed like you were having a tough time of it, and we've all been there.

I've never been any of those places, though having a lot of Scots Irish heritage I would love to see Ireland. Never been to Canada, but hear its beautiful. And I live where I live (Phoenix, AZ) because of all that snow and getting snowed in.

Just do your best to maintain. And if you remember what you wanted to say, still listening...

Thanks Duncansbass 8)

I don't remember what I was going to say still but to conclude this bloody awful day I will go and put the wardrobe doors back on the rail and try and relax for a bit.

As Chevy Chase once said in Christmas Vacation......Holy S**t where's the Tylenol!
