There is a level of anger one can reach that can extinguish false guilt, but usually the price paid to get there is quite expensive. It comes when you realize how much other people take advantage of a person who feels guilty easily and is easy to manipulate because of it.

Sometimes I feel too quick too guilty. But sometimes it help to reason if it damages yourself. Or to reason what your best friend would do. Or to think if the person needing something has different resources to rely on.
