I have this friend, SHE GETS ALMOST ANY GUY WITHOUT DOING MUCH OF ANYTHING. She is just herself and BOOM! a new guy likes her. Theres this one speific guy, WHO LOVES HER. She dumps him all the time and she COMPLAINS that so many guys like her. I always say "At least someone likes you. I have NO ONE looking my way" Then she just says "I'd rather deal with that then this" I WANT TO KILL HER EVERYTIME SHE SAYS THAT!

She has no idea what it is like to feel excluded and unloved. I have had my moments where I was overly loved. It bugged me a bit but not as much as being unloved does.

It is SO UNFAIR how ONE PERSON can have so many people like them while one person would LOVE to have at least one person who would love them and treat them right!

Theres my rant :(

The joys of High School. Is your friend a skank?

It happens in college, too.

I have a friend who's the exact same way. She meets every one of the criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder, though...so I've learned to ignore her whenever she tells me how hard it is to be pretty, talented, and a complete flirt.

Ugh. Poeticromance...I so totally know how you feel.

Like is cheap and easy. RESPECT is difficult and valued.

This is the reason I'm so pissed at society right now. So many people get women (or in her case guys) all over them yet they take it for granted. If those people could live an hour of my lonely life, they would think they were in Hell.

I had a friend like that. She told me how hard it was for her that so many guys liked her. She also told me that I could be normal (and by implication popular) if I didn't try so hard to be weird.

Grrrrrr......

But the tables are starting to turn... HA!

Wait till you get to college... Guys start to steer away from the skanky looking chicks cause they realize they have the most issues with drama, drink all of their liquor, and sleep around. In high school they seem like the type of girls everyone wants to hang with, but by college, guys start to realize those types of girls do not make good girlfriends. When you find someone who appreciates you for you (believe me, there are guys out there who do), it's a great feeling. I had never even kissed a boy till I turned 20, but it was sooo worth the wait. He's dorky, funny, smart, and handsome, and I wouldn't want to be with anyone else.

I know it's cliche, but there WILL be someone for you. If someone can date me successfully, then a pretty girl like yourself can certainly find someone worth spending their time with. Stay true to yourself, girl!

Yeah, you don't see too many skanky sluts in college. There are some, but most sane or somewhat sober individual don't want to be around them for long. If you go to a good college, the less skanks there are. Sluts aren't exactly that bright.

There are plenty of gals that are all about themselves and don't care about others, which is fine.

Interesting that someone else is from the good ol' state of merryland (maryland).

My story is more prosaic. I used to be friends with this guy who was very charming and good-looking. He could get any girl he wanted. I personally witnessed him meet a girl online for the first time on Friday, then go into her apartment late Sunday night. While in college, he said he had four friend with benefits who he had sex with regularly. (I've met them when I visited my friend at his college, so they were for real.) Yet he always complained to me about how he never enjoys sex with those girls, and how he wished he could find a girl he loved. I wanted to smack him upside the head every time I heard those complaints.

So I broke down and did what I didn't think I'd ever do: hire an escort. I've been having sex with escorts ever since then. Yeah, there's money involved, and I can only afford to do it once a month, but it keeps my horniness in check. And it's nice to be with a beautiful woman once in a while, because the only girls who actually dated me are the ones that no one wanted to even look at.

Yeah I have a friend who's a total chick magnet, and he's always complaining about girls that won't stop trying to get together with him...
I can't even get girls at all.

Guys it is nice how you understand my potsion but my friend as werid as it sounds, she's not a slut. She's actually less slu*ty than I am. She has only done anything passed 1st base with one guy she loved a year ago. She doesn't drink, fool around, or go to huge parties.

She just talks to a lot of people and some how even if she may not agree with them they LOVE HER. Idk how she does it, I really don't. My best friend pays as much attention to her as she does me and I feel like s**t because of that too. My best friend and I hang out more than she does with the man magent girl but I think it is because my BFF and I live 2 streets from one another. Now I hear her mom may be leaving her step dad and may be moving IN THE SAME COMPLEX AS THE GUY MAGENT GIRL! I'll probably NEVER see my BFF as much because the other girl will be right there.

This girl is not mean or anything. She is just too friggin perfect. Her being here is making my life even harder as mean as it sounds.

Oh, I don't know. I kind've see her point. I mean I wouldn't want a bunch of people I'm not attracted to constantly hitting on me either. I can't imagine that it's worse than the alternative, but it still sounds damn annoying.

Add in that a lot of people seem to mistake her for a slut (even from hundreds of miles away on a text-based message board), and it's probably not all that much fun.

Yeah, a lot of guys find her to be "easy". She is far from "easy". Because she is pretty, they assume she'll do anyone when in all reality, she's BEYOND picky.

Idk why guys find the pretty girls easy. They can get more people than your average or ugly person. So why assume there easy???
