I was just thinking about my scariest moment: My brother and I were shooting his gun one day when I was little. He fired one and the bullet ricocheted off of a pole and came in my direction but missed me by a couple of feet.

What were some of your scariest moments, you don't have to post if you don't want to talk about it.

I know right, we didn't even realize it until it hit the porch behind us. The bullet hole wasn't very far away from where I was standing. We put the gun up after that.

Eep!

I seriously thought my father was going to beat me up one time, he was so mad at me, and I was so scared then. I was shaking so badly...

Well, I haven't talked to him for 4 years, so I'm pretty much safe, but I was so scared then. He was yelling at me so badly...

That's good, sorry if I brought back any bad thoughts. Maybe I shouldn't have started this topic. :(

Taking the overdose was scary, I forced myself to do it and then waited anxiously for some kind of death.

Going to school and realising how much I was hated was also scary, I didn't know what kind of torment I would endure each day.

When I was 9, I choked on a hard candy and almost passed out from lack of oxygen. Thankfully, someone gave me the Heimlich and I survived.

My overdose was pretty scary too. Probably number two on my list. I only lasted a few minutes before getting help (thank goodness, I WOULD have died, I had over 160 pills at my disposial I believe)

I've been thinking about it a lot lately anyways :? This board isn't making me feel any worse about it, actually a bit better because somebody's listening to me about it :D

The scariest thing that happened to me was when I was on a trip with a couple of buddies. We were in a busy city and my friend began to cross the street. Just then, I saw a bus coming down the street and toward my friend. I just remember grabbing my friend by the shoulders and pull her back. My heart was pounding so fast and my legs were pretty shaky.

I was doing a confidence-building adventure course about 1 year ago.
I had to swing on a swing into a cargo net, 20ft off the ground and then climb over it!
I was attached to safety harrnesses. I swung into the cargo net the wrong way and ended up upside down, head facing towards the ground with my harnesses all tangled around eachother. I was sure that I was going to fall but I didn't....I had to get rescued by one of the professionals who worked there.
