...work crisis change hits and I'm in the wind and the torrent is unleashed. There are holes in the wall; more opportunities to practice my home repair skills, I suppose. I'm terrified by the rage and volume, the absolute loss of verbal inhibition as I can be quite cruel in those states, and the self-loathing attempts to take it's place atop the podium. These are the moments where I do not know myself, head buried in whitecaps and raging rapids of unfettered experience, dammed behind years of cognitive dominance diverting the flow only to burst as molten tears. I'm calmer now, albeit shaken and shaky. Right now I feel as though those who do support me have been pushed to their limits, and it's difficult to ask for help... *impasse* No words.

Every word is oh-so-familiar, my brother. I wish you peace.

It means a lot to simply be acknowledged whilst in this state... thank you, Willard, for the words and time taken. *bows*

The last time I had a bad meltdown, I punched the wall, and broke my hand, this was back in November, the wall was the winner. Its no fun fixing drywall, even if its good practice for doing drywall repair, I will try to punch the bed or sofa before I get the urge again.
