I didn't know where to put this, so I figured I'd just stick it here... does anybody else have problems with mixing up the days certain obligations occur? Like, I'm going to a concert this Thursday night, and for a month or so it was set in my mind that it was on Wednesday! I was absolutely certain too!

This happens all the time, and writing down dates on a calendar doesn't work for me. I may have to try again. I've missed seeing my therapist and a few other things because this happens. Does anyone else face the same thing, and have a trick around it to avoid it from happening?

I have done that too. Try setting your phone alarm clock to alert you. Or figuring out your agenda when you first awake.

I never know what time it is, what day it is, often do not know the month, and sometimes even miss the year.

I'm hopeless.

I wouldn't know what day it was.

I have issues like that, too. Try keeping a calendar on your wall, in a place you'd look at it every day, and cross off each day as it goes by. Write things down, checking the date and day of the week carefully, and also set alarms on your phone or computer. You can also try writing down the date and day every day.. if you have in mind what today is, you can remember what tomorrow is, and so on. Then you'll know that the 4th is a wednesday, and the 5th a thursday, etc.
