How to tell someone to back off

Well, how would you in a nice sense?

Got a friend that will not leave me alone.... he behaves like I am his only friend and wants to hang out just about every second day...
I have other friends too! We don't hang out as often but that's what makes me appreciate the friendship more. He invites himself to every idea I have and wants to be involved with every little thing that my other friends do.... its starting to drive me nuts and my other friends agree. He gets winey to me and my friends if he's not involved in something, he has to be hanging out 'constently'

I am about to go nuts!

have a busy schedule? "I'm sorry, but I'm doing something then". Don't overdo it, but it can be used.

Also, maybe you could get him to consider having other friends as well.

He does, but it seems like 'I am his favorite' or something.

and to men, thats a tough one cause sometimes they just dont get it
Being in prison vans with all men me only female is scary. Its seperated but sometimes they can still see you and wont stop
"Pull ya skirt up..." and I say "shut **** ****** ****" and then they all say "sweetie talk me, talk me... bla bla" so I say "nothing" and then after awhile they think I been takin off and thats my two experiences of getting people to back off.
