Tonight I just had a meltdown My brother had his girlfriend over I was told to walk the dog but the dog decided to ignore me and I tried to call her she ignored me so I went to get her out of my parents room wacked my head on the wood outside their bedroom door then he gets up in my face about being near him and here. I wasen't even near them I got done walking the dog and sat down on the back porch floor and rocked back-forth and almost cried for about 10 minutes.

I'm sorry. Sounds like a bad night. Rock to your heart's content, if that's what makes you feel better, and then get some ice cream! Do whatever you have to do to indulge in yourself tonight, so that this doesn't feel so bad.

Lab Pet is meltdown prone too....I know how this is. You'll feel better though.

I wish I could 1) lessen severity, and 2) less frequency.

Hey dont know that I can help much except to say that things do get better as you get older. Aso remember that things might not be as bad as they seem, remember us Aspies are not good at reading situations. Hey why dont you go onto the religion and politics forum and have a go at something that really pisses you off, its a really good place to vent

I had a meltdown on Thursday because I was fighting with my boyfriend the whole day about something stupid and he misunderstood me. lol I also had a meltdown on Monday because I was fighting with my mom and my brother. I had a tiny one yesterday when I was banned from that forum. I was emailing certain people that were trying to be "nice" about the banning and telling them to screw themselves. lol It's been kind of a rocky week.
