I am sick of being an immature lazy freak
Ok. I hate myself so much. I never do housework, I get upset too easily, I whine alot and on top of that i have got GCSE coursework, a desperate need for a girlfriend and a self esteem problem. Yet i am coping. Even though i am, i still feel a bit upset. Anyone have any advice or ways to solve my problems? Please help me ![]()

Try to do things that will calm you down. Maybe study, or stimulate your brain in some way. Think about doing some housework, but still making it entertaining. Put some music on while doing the dishes, for example. Try to take these issues lightly. They're not such a big deal that you should be sad about it.
When it comes to housework, I do it because it has to be done. If not, things can get pretty dirty, and that's no fun. Whether you realize it or not, your environment plays a role in your perception of yourself as well as your psyche. Take care of yourself and your home
As for your desperate need to get a girlfriend. Well...you're 14. Do you really want a relationship or do you just want to get laid badly? Either one aren't that hard to find, but it takes going out there and playing one of the most ridiculous games in existence.
I get upset easily too. During my first semester at college, I was getting violently angry almost every day. If I wasn't angry, I was depressed. During my break I took some time to put my life in perspective. I explored more interests like poetry, photography, and writing. This was mostly to keep myself occupied. I would suggest being active as well. Go for a run or a walk at least. It gets rid of some of the pessimism.
Don't focus on your faults. That doesn't solve anything.
All I can suggest is cutting the issues you have up and working on them one at a time.
If you have a problem about yourself not doing housework, pick one thing (be it, washing the kitchen floor, doing the dishes, etc.) doesn't matter if it is a daily thing or once a week, and put time aside to do it. Get a routine in motion. It will take a while at first, but once it is part of what you do, it is far easier.
As for getting upset, do you mean angry, frusterated, sad? Well, for all three of these, there are breathing exercises that helped me. It gets you focused on something other than the cause of these emotions and helps get you under control again.
As for the girlfriend part, I will not get into it. If you want my personal opinion, you can ask and I will tell, but until then I'll keep my mouth shut.
I do wish you the best, and don't be afraid to vent. It can really help to get things in focus and get rid of some of those pent up emotions.

Whatever work you need to do. Just do it. I'm in a very similar position on that front. Get some work done and it will raise your self esteem. Don't think, you can drive yourself crazy like that. Focus on one task at a time.
Girlfriends are never what one would imagine anyway.

just because you do not do housework means you are lazy, a freak or immature. If it is just not wanting to do them I could understand, but if they are very challenging to do then I would definitely not say you are lazy. Maybe you could say a professional psychologist or try to ge on disbility if achieving such tasks is hard or not doable for you.
