I think it depends a lot on your current mood, so as your depression is clinical, I would suggest first to TAKE YOUR MEDS! lol. All I did was skim through your first post. You do take meds right? If you don't yet, try to find things that would make you laugh, such as a funny tv show or something of the sort. This helped me a LOT when I struggled more than I do today as far as depressing emotions go.
Umm. Meds aren't always a cure all for depression. Oh how I wish it were that simple.
